These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, as well as your booking and participation in our retreats, therapies, and services. By browsing this website or booking a service, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or book our services.

1. Medical and Health Disclaimer (Very Important)

The services, traditional therapies, and retreats offered by the Center have a holistic, spiritual, and natural healing approach to wellness.

• It does not replace medical treatment: The content of this website and the services offered do not constitute formal medical advice, diagnosis, or traditional psychological or psychiatric treatment.

• Participant Responsibility: It is the user's strict obligation to inform with complete honesty about any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, psychiatric treatments or medications they are taking through our pre-retreat health forms.

• The Center reserves the right of admission if it considers that the user's health condition represents a risk to himself or to the group during the activities.

2. Booking and Payment Process

​

• Eligibility: To book a retreat or service, the user must be of legal age (18 years old) or have the authorization and legal accompaniment of their parents or guardians.

• Deposits and Confirmation: To secure a spot in our withdrawals, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is required, or full payment as indicated on the platform.

• Prices: All prices are expressed in USD / US Dollars and are subject to change before booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation, Refund, and Modification Policy

We understand that plans can change, but the logistics of retreats in the Amazon require advance planning. Our policy is as follows:

• Cancellations by the user:

  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the retreat, you may be granted a credit for future dates (less the initial deposit).

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund or credit​

​

• Cancellations by the Center: In the event that the Center must cancel a retreat due to force majeure (natural disasters, extreme political instability, etc.), the event will be rescheduled or a full refund of the money paid will be offered, excluding flight expenses or external transportation costs for the user.

4. Code of Conduct during Retreats

To ensure a safe, respectful, and healing space for all participants:

​

• The consumption, possession or distribution of illegal substances, alcohol or unauthorized drugs is strictly prohibited within the Center's facilities.

• Any physical or verbal behavior that is disruptive, harassing, or dangerous to staff or other guests will result in immediate expulsion from the retreat, without the right to a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, photographs, logos, videos, designs, testimonials, and graphics) is the exclusive property of Amazon Natural Healing Center or its respective creators. Its reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without our express written authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Center makes every effort to ensure a safe and transformative experience. However, the Center is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft or damage of personal belongings within the premises.

• Accidents, injuries or health complications resulting from the concealment of medical information by the participant.

• Delays or cancellations of third-party transport (flights, transfers) to reach the Center.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to adapt them to legal changes or operational improvements. Modifications will take effect immediately upon their publication on the website.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
